About
What began as a childhood love of cooking in her grandmother’s kitchen slowly grew into a career in helping people eat healthier and be happier.
Pamina is a Certified Clinical Nutritionist (CNC) with a Master’s Degree from the University of California. She is also a classically trained chef — having received her chef’s coat from Laguna Culinary Arts (LCA) — and a former Culinary Instructor for LCA.
For the past decade, Pamina has worked with people with a vast array of dietary needs, specializing in patients with celiac disease, dairy intolerances and many other dietary sensitivities.
In addition to her education and technical skills, Pamina is also a mother who can relate to busy family schedules and the challenge of eating healthfully.
Pamina works out of Orange County Pain Management, which is where you will be referred if you require specialized nutrition coaching.
